FOREIGN LOOK MAGAZINE receives up to 300 pull-letters demands each month for photoshoots. Around 90% of the time, after we provide pull-letters, these photoshoots never happen or are submitted to other magazines. Because of this, we have decided to implement a fixed fee for pull letters of USD$10.00. If you do not wish to pay this fee, we completely understand. There are other ways to insure your samples such as giving a deposit or lending your credit card to the designer(s). We will be happy to review your editorial submissions afterward.

If you are a serious team and would like us to provide you with a pull letter for your photoshoot, please submit your photoshoot details below. This purchase will guarantee a pull letter but it does not guarantee that your editorial will be accepted to be published. Also, make sure that the dates and the team are exact and final, as we don’t offer multiple pull-letters per purchase.

• Photographer name and website.

• Stylist name and website.

• Date of the photoshoot.

All articles are to be exclusive to FOREIGN LOOK Magazine, and shall not be submitted to any other publication, before submitting to FLMAG.

• All articles must include hi-res images to be incorporated with the article spreads, following the magazine’s minimal editorial style. The images must be copyright-free and exclusive for FOREIGN LOOK, (the larger the size, the better). If you can not provide us with the images for your article, let us know.

• Minimum word count - 1,000 words.

• For online article submissions email foreignlookmagazine@gmail.com. With the subject “Article Submission For Online Feature”

• For print article submission email foreignlookmagazine@gmail.com with the subject “Article Submission For Print”.

•  Your name will be credited along with a link to your website (if you are a blogger/writer).

• You will be provided with a digital PDF of your featured article, and if for print, the cover of the issue, credit page, and the table of contents.

Important Notice

As a contributor, all the images you submit for any issue of FOREIGN LOOK Magazine must be copyright-free. The submitted works must be all done by yourself and you must be the authentic copyright holder. If whichever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of whether FOREIGN LOOK Magazine’s awareness or not.

To achieve a better page layout design, FOREIGN LOOK Magazine also has the right to use, enlarge, reduce, color correct, and/or crop the original photograph. Editors reserve all rights to the selection.

FOREIGN LOOK MAGAZINE does not provide Free copies of an issue.

In case of overwhelming artwork submission, not all the submitted stories are guaranteed to be covered or featured in the publication. Editors reserve all rights to the selection.

Please note: While we try to respond to as many emails as possible, not every inquiry will receive a response.

Image selection for the cover is chosen by our team of editors alongside the magazine’s Editor-in-chief once all submissions are in.

*CREDITS AND CORRECTIONS FEE ($15):
Make sure when you upload the credits, that they are correct and that Instagram handles are added to all team members. For Any corrections there will be a $15 fee charged, to make them after the publication of the work. Corrections are only available for 14 days after release. NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THE 14 DAYS.

*** If it is determined that the correction issue happened on our end, you will be notified, and no correction fee will be charged.

*CANCELATION POLICIES. ($25):
There is a cancellation fee of $25. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable and is intended to cover administrative costs associated with processing and publishing submissions. Kindly note that this fee is standard company policy and applies to all cancellation requests made after the work in question has been published. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. ***PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR "PRINT" SUBMISSIONS AFTER PUBLICATION.
